In the field of rubber moulding LUBKO offers water-based and solvent-based products that are specialised for general rubber moulding or silicone rubber moulding. We also provide specific formulations for high temperature moulding of up to 600°C. Many of our rubber moulding products are available in aerosol. Water based LUBKO products | 1105 A

| | A high curing temperature version of 1105 A that can be used in moulding applications above 180°C.

| Solvent based LUBKO products
| 1362 PS
| | A specialised product for use in high temperature moulding applications of up to 600°C. Suitable for use on most mould surfaces and often used in manufacturing of high modulus fibre/resin composites.

| 1396 PS
| | A release coating that provides multiple release cycles and has particularly good wetting properties. It can be applied on hot or cold surfaces and is effective in the release of various difficult rubber types.

| | This product forms a semi-permanent dry film and is recommended as a base coat on cleaned moulds. It is suitable for the moulding of most rubber types. |
| 1421 PS
| | A specially formulated release agent for sulphur-cured fluorinated rubbers that forms a dry film. Can be used as a base coat on cleaned, cold moulds. |
| 1501 PS
| | A mould release agent that is effective in releasing most rubber types, but highly recommended for silicone rubber. Provides multiple release cycles per application and can be applied on cold or hot surfaces. |
